If you wish to cancel your membership in the Flyover Coffee Club simply fill out the form below. For security reasons this form requires the last four digits of the card we are billing. If you do not remember this information you can find it by looking at one of the payment receipt emails we sent you whenever we billed your card. If you still cannot find this information then please enter 0000 and we will follow up with you to confirm.
PLEASE NOTE: As was stated in the welcome e-mail you received, cancellation requests will be processed after the subsequent billing cycle. In other words, if you cancel today, you will receive one additional shipment of coffee. This is necessary to ensure accurate orders to roasters as well as to minimize product loss.
